2025 Cerny's Greenhouse Flower Sale Fundraiser

Time For Some Brightness, Beauty, and Color with our fabulous plants!!!
Plant Pick-up May 22, 2025!!!
4:00 - 6:00 pm

LOCATION AT:
PEACE UNITED CHURCH OF CHRIST
208 E. Maurer St. , Shawano, WI 54166
*just one block east from the new shelter located at 105. E. Richmond St.

 



Flowers may be ordered online or by filling out a paper order. Paper forms are availbe below and at the shelter 
1) Submit Online Order Form  or 2) Print & Mail a completed form with your payment


Payments can be mailed to SAM25 at PO BOX 147, Shawano, WI 54166
Or Dropped off in Person during Business Hours: 9:00 am - 2:00 pm
They must be received by May 1, 2025 by 3:00 pm.

The Online Card Processing Fee is (3%). An invoice and instructions will be set to your email. If you decide to change your payment method to mailed in or in person, please let us know. Final Payments must be received by May 1, 2026.


In person pickup of the flowers will be on May 22nd, 2026 at Peace United Church, 208 E. Maurer St, Shawano, WI, just one block east of the shelter.
